Matters needing attention of infrared-heating autoclave

1. Ensure the safety accessories are full, sensitive, and reliable and make a tour inspection when the autoclave is running. If there is abnormal phenomenon, you should reduce voltage timely.
2. Close intake valve, drain valve and valve a1.a2.a3
3. Wipe Graphite powder lubricant on the surface of sealing ring
4. Close the autoclave door, shake reducer, turn the autoclave door and make the autoclave body flange gear fully engaged, turn the safety handle to horizontal position to lock the autoclave body
5. Open valve a1.a3 and let steam close the side of the autoclave
6. Open intake valve till to working pressure, open valve a2 and close valve a3, sealing itself depend on the working steam in the autoclave.
7. After steaming, open drain valve, when the pressure gauge point to zero, the safety handle is allowed to turn to vertical orientation, the extra air exclude through the ball valve. Then shake the reducer, slow down when the autoclave door flange gear turn to the engaged step until the concave of the tooth touch the flange gear and then stop turning. At this time, the autoclave door has released with the sealing ring, confirm there is not rest air, and then the autoclave door can be turn inside of autoclave. The operator should stand on the right side of the autoclave door and nobody is allowed to stand in the front of the autoclave when opening the auto clave door.
8. When open the autoclave door and the trolley pass in and out, carefully, slowly, avoid crashing autoclave body.
9. The condensation water level should be monitored in the process of rising pressure and keeping pressure, when the water level close to the lowest point of autoclave body or there is water level alarming, it is marked that the automatic displacement is not enough, needing open drain valve to drain the water manually. You should monitor the temperature of up and down wall at the same time , it needs to strengthen the drainage when the temperature is over 40ºC. after steaming you should conduct a regular discharge
10. It is forbidden to run when the temperature and pressure is over high
